The Administrative Assistant is expected to provide high quality administrative support on a range of general administration tasks and projects to support the College and its community. Working to assist the Operations Project Manager and team of Executive Assistants (EAs) primarily within the Bursary, Operations and Master’s office, as well as the Head of Conference & Accommodation and some other functional line managers, this varied role provides the opportunity for the postholder to engage with individuals across our community on a range of exciting initiatives.

Working arrangements and salary
This is a permanent appointment (subject to a 3-month probation period).
Competitive salary range of FTE £27,000 - £29,000 pa, depending on skills and experience.
This role is on a 6 month fixed term contract. Hours of work are 20 – 25 hours per week (4-5 hours each day), ideally to be worked across 5 days in College.
