As a Senior Lecturer, you’ll be delivering high-quality teaching and learning that supports the overall delivery of modules and/or the programme, with the aim of achieving excellent learning outcomes for our students. You’ll focus on teaching and supporting students on the CASE-accredited MSc Medical Ultrasound programme which is based at our Glenside Campus.
You will engage in research and/or scholarly and professional activity to enhance and inform teaching design, delivery, and curriculum development.
You’ll contribute to the following areas of practice: obstetrics, gynaecology, general medicine, and ultrasound technology. You can demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting holistic, patient-centred care. Excellent communication skills are essential, alongside a comprehensive understanding of assessment and management strategies, interprofessional and inter-agency working, and contemporary healthcare practice. You will also bring strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborative team working.
You’ll lead and actively contribute to the design, development, and assessment of modules. You’ll take overall responsibility for the academic quality and currency of modules and/or the programme, and fulfil a visible leadership role within the teaching team.
