Lecturer in Business Management (Generalist)

London College of Contemporary Arts

We are seeking a Lecturer in Business Management to join our academic team from September 2026.

This role is ideal for an adaptable, student-focused educator who can teach across multiple business disciplines and support learners through Levels 4–6.

About Us

London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is a dynamic higher education provider within Global University Systems (GUS), delivering University for the Creative Arts (UCA) validated programmes.

Teaching Pattern: Monday to Friday daytime teaching, with a preference for availability to teach a small number of evening sessions during the week.

You will teach subject areas including:

  • Marketing Principles and Strategy
  • Organisational Behaviour and People Management
  • Innovation and Entrepreneurship
  • Business Strategy and Business Policy
  • Ethics, Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility
  • Operations and Supply Chain Management
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, inclusive teaching
  • Support student progression and achievement
  • Contribute to curriculum development
  • Maintain subject expertise
Essential Criteria
  • Degree and postgraduate qualification in Business or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Ideally at least two years’ Higher Education teaching experience
  • Experience teaching across Levels 4–6
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable

  • PhD or equivalent professional standing
  • Fellowship of the HEA (or working towards)
  • Industry or consultancy experience

  • Experience supporting students to use Generative AI and digital tools effectively and ethically
  • Experience supporting or building SMEs, start-ups or freelance ventures
  • Commitment to helping students grow entrepreneurial ventures
