As the first point of contact for Fellows, staff, students, alumni, visitors and guests, the postholder plays an important role in ensuring that enquiries are handled promptly and effectively, and that visitors receive a positive experience of the College. This is a varied role providing reception, administrative and operational support to the Bursary which is managed by the Domestic Bursar who is responsible for the College’s domestic services including catering, accommodation, conferences and external functions, maintenance/estates, IT and the Lodge.

We are looking for an organised, approachable and proactive individual who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service.
