Middlesex University is an ambitious and progressive institution committed to empowering students and providing them with an educational experience that sets them up for success in life and work as we embark upon our refreshed 2031 University Strategy. As we become an anchor University in North London we are building on our proud history and release our vision to be a truly 21st century Global University.
The University has students studying in London and at campuses in Dubai and Mauritius and over 274,000 alumni. The University’s diversity of experience and vibrancy are signature strengths that underpin all we do.
The Business School at Middlesex University is seeking an experienced academic to provide leadership to our partnership and transnational education economy where we have significant relationships in Europe, UK and across the world. This may be, for example through joint, franchised or validated agreements. This role will be aligned to a Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor role in either the department of Strategy, Leadership and Operations or Marketing, Enterprise and Tourism where the successful candidate will also contribute to excellence in our student experience economy.
You will need to demonstrate a successful research profile commensurate with the seniority of this role or significant practiced based engagement to enhance the pedagogic experience of our student body. This is an exciting time to be joining Middlesex with a strong leadership, clarity of focus and a determination to deliver positive change across the University.
The Faculty of Business and Law is well placed, being ranked #1 in Impact in REF21, a refreshing suite of programmes, significant industry connections and a dedicated team of staff focussed enhancing the profile of the University as we also aim for AACSB accreditation. You will also contribute to a collegial and collaborative academic environment.
