About the Role
Fixed-term contract until 31 July 2031.
The Warwick Innovation Hub is a creative, inspirational space with communities coming together to build innovation, enterprise and entrepreneurship.
This role will be instrumental in building and enabling communities and activities. Working across the Innovation Group teams, the postholder will lead the development of activities and programmes within The Climb and manage their delivery on the ground to ensure a buzzing and vibrant inspiration, education and incubation programme.

About You
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and proactive individual with experience coordinating events in a busy environment.
You'll be an excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality customer service.
Strong administrative, financial and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, apply policies and procedures accurately, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
Experience in higher education, research or a service-focused environment would be advantageous.
