About the Role

We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis (e.g. job share), despite the position being advertised as full-time.

Under the direction of the Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the delivery site operates in accordance with approved standards, specifications, and project schedules.

The role involves monitoring day-to-day site activities, maintaining compliance with operational and safety requirements, and supporting the efficient delivery of works to meet quality and performance expectations.

About You

The successful candidate will be a proactive and dependable individual with strong organisational and communication skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

They will demonstrate a practical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to prioritise workloads and ensure site activities are delivered in line with approved standards, specifications, and schedules.
