An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the UEA Security Team as we continue to grow and develop the services we provide across the University and our third-party client portfolio.

This role will see you leading on security compliance, operational standards and service delivery for third-party clients, ensuring that agreed Service Level Agreements, policies and legislative requirements are met. You will have substantial recent experience of working in a security management or compliance environment and be educated to GCSE Grade C level or equivalent in Maths and English. You will need excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills, together with a sound understanding of compliance, health and safety and security best practice.

The ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances, manage competing priorities and build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders is essential.

You will normally work 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although some flexibility will be required to support the Security Service and attend meetings or incidents outside normal working hours when necessary.
