Faculty Marketing Business Partner

The Role
Join Kingston University as a Faculty Marketing Business Partner and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering student recruitment strategies across one of our academic faculties. Acting as a strategic marketing partner to senior faculty stakeholders, you will use market insight, data and audience understanding to develop and implement evidence-based marketing and recruitment plans that drive undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment.

Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions, you will lead faculty marketing planning, support course portfolio development, optimise course content and digital experiences, and coordinate key recruitment activities including Open Days, Applicant Days and Offer Holder Events. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking, stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

The Person
You will be an experienced marketing or student recruitment professional with excellent knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and a proven ability to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns. You'll be confident using data, insight and market intelligence to inform decisions and drive performance.

A skilled relationship builder, you will be comfortable influencing and advising senior stakeholders, managing multiple priorities and collaborating across teams to achieve shared goals. Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills are essential, alongside a genuine interest in higher education and student success.

Further Information
This is a full-time, one-year maternity cover position, with a starting salary of £45,025 per annum.
