The Corporate and Professional Services departments are the cornerstone of the University. We are seeking a Registry Administrator to join our friendly and professional Registry team within Academic Services.

This part-time role provides an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator to support a wide range of student administration activities across the student lifecycle. Duties will include supporting student records administration, responding to student and staff enquiries, preparing documentation, processing transcript and certificate requests, assisting with examinations and graduation activities, and maintaining accurate information within the University's student records systems.

The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience, excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Experience within Higher Education or using student records systems such as SITS would be advantageous but is not essential.

Please note: Due to the nature of the role and the level of access to confidential student records and sensitive personal data, applications will not be accepted from current University of Buckingham students or immediate family members of current University of Buckingham students. The postholder will be required to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, impartiality and professionalism in accordance with University policies, GDPR requirements and data protection legislation.
