The Corporate and Professional Services departments are the cornerstone of the University. They each provide essential and valuable support to both each other and the Academic departments, helping the University to function in the most efficient and productive way, ensuring that the students’ experience is second to none.
The Registry Officer plays a key role within the Registry team, supporting the student lifecycle from enrolment through to examinations and graduation. The role covers a range of Registry activities, with a primary focus on supporting taught and research examinations. As a first point of contact for students and staff, the postholder will deliver high-quality administrative support, maintain accurate student records, and support exam boards and key academic events in line with University policies and regulations.
This fixed-term opportunity has been created to support a range of exciting projects across Academic Services, alongside the delivery of core Registry operations during the 2026/27 academic year.
We are seeking an organised, reliable, and approachable individual with strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, able to manage a varied workload in a busy environment and demonstrate a strong awareness of data integrity and the importance of accurate student data.
Experience in student administration or a similar role within a busy administrative environment is essential. Experience in higher education and confidence in using IT systems and learning new software are desirable.
