Our Careers Network (CN) sits within the Students Services and provides a wide range of advice, guidance, coaching and events for students, graduates and other stakeholders, including new and established employer partners.
We are on the lookout for a new Graduate Success Manager to lead, with vision and creativity, on a new rolling portfolio of strategic projects designed to significantly enhance employability, career potential and graduate outcomes.
The projects include our Coaching-Led Educational Ecosystem, as the evolution of our Personal Best Skills Award, and our new Graduate Success Academy, inclusive of a 2-year Career Accelerator for recent graduates.
The postholder will be creative and innovative in their approach, with significant experience of leading teams to successfully deliver on strategic and operational priorities. They will lead a new team to deliver on these priorities operationally, have experience of coaching and / or advising students or graduates, and hold responsibility for the operational budget associated with these projects.
