We are seeking a motivated immunologist to join an international and multidisciplinary team, led by Professor Cerundolo, applying different immunological techniques to address fundamental questions on the immune response to cancer, infection and vaccination. The postholder will use high-throughput single cell technologies to characterise the heterogeneity of T cell responses in human samples collected in the context of human challenge studies, and vaccination or cancer immunotherapy clinical trials.
You will be based at the MRC Human Immunology Unit at the Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine, and will benefit from their world class facilities and dynamic scientific environment.
You will hold a relevant PhD/DPhil together with demonstrable experience in the development and optimization of high-throughput screenings to identify rare antigen specific T cell populations in human samples.
The post is full-time and fixed-term for 3 years in the first instance.
