Are you an academic looking for an innovative and successful university to take your next step? At NTU, we recognise that our greatest strengths lie in the energy, expertise, and experience that our colleagues bring.  Thanks to our £421million investment in estates and equipment across our three campuses since 2003/4, we deliver an inspirational learning environment for both staff and students.

Our rise up the league tables, alongside a number of prestigious national awards, demonstrate the potential that creating and forging excellent partnerships, while harnessing the talents of all our people, can bring. Most notably we have been awarded the Queen’s Anniversary Prize for our pioneering research. We are now looking for more passionate, ambitious people to join us and help build the university of the future.

Nottingham Business School (NBS) is the largest of NTU’s schools and one of the fastest growing Business Schools in the UK. Recently accredited by both the AACSB and Equis, the School operates with 5,500 students and 220 members of faculty.

Exciting new opportunities, due to continued growth, now exist for an outstanding individual to work within an established department in the discipline of Marketing. NBS requires a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Marketing to contribute to the School's growing research profile and teach on a range of programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Qualified to graduate level, you will have a doctorate or be close to obtaining one (or equivalent). You will also have experience of research and teaching in Marketing, academic management and ideally relevant commercial experience.

You will be expected to contribute to the School's research outputs, for example through journal publications, research grant capture and doctoral supervision. You will also be required to contribute to a range of specialist Marketing modules and should be able to offer one or more of the following Marketing specialisms: Digital Marketing (*), Services Marketing (*), Marketing Communications (*), International Marketing, Buyer Behaviour (*), B2B Marketing, Marketing Principles, Marketing Management & Strategy, and Marketing Research (* - most preferred).

You will be joining a growing department with a culture of continuous improvement and development. The department has a strong research group covering many disciplines within the marketing field, and a suite of excellently reviewed modules delivered to students across the School.
