Worcester Business School is looking to expand significantly its academic teaching and research staff due to increasing undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment.  The School is a thriving community committed to delivering the School’s mission to ‘transform individuals and organisations to thrive in the 21st Century’ through learning and research. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Department of Management and Finance.  

This is an exciting opportunity for a colleague who can engage with students and work collegiately to contribute to the School’s research and knowledge exchange agenda.  You will need to hold a doctoral level qualification and contemporary knowledge in a related subject, have experience of delivering research projects as well as a track record of engaging teaching in HE. The ability to communicate effectively and deliver effective learning and teaching is core to the role.

The successful candidate will support delivery of undergraduate, postgraduate and executive programmes in Organisational Behaviour and Leadership, as well as deliver teaching and supervision for the School’s European based DBA programme.
