This is an exciting permanent opportunity within the business professionals’ team at our Birmingham University of Law Campus.

Reporting to the Student information Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Working as part of the Student Services team providing first class administrative and customers service support to students and staff across the University
  • Dealing with front desk, phone and email enquiries from clients, visitors and staff ensuring accurate and professional responses at all times in keeping with the corporate image of The University always ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Promoting and sustaining a constructive, supportive, and friendly working relationship with all clients, visitors, and staff
  • Providing administration support for student Induction & Enrolment, receiving and recording eligibility documents
  • Understanding Administration policies and procedures of the University and administer the policies in order to advise staff and students accordingly
  • To administer the student life cycle from the start to end of their studies

For this role you will need excellent written and oral communication skills and  be  IT literate.

You will need to have Experience of;

  • Managing and implementing complex administrative processes
  • Working in a customer care environment
  • Delivering first class customer service
