We are seeking a proactive, highly motivated and knowledgeable Residential Services Manager to join our award winning Estates & Campus Services department, supporting the Director of Estates & Campus Services with delivery of the University's Estates Strategy and departmental objectives.
The post holder will have operational responsibility for Residential Services, including Accommodation Services and Residential Life, and will provide management and leadership for this diverse team, delivering an exemplary service and residential experience for our students whilst maximising the commercial return from student accommodation.
The post is full time, 37 hours per week with opportunity to work in a blended working model, mixing on and off-site working if desired. Excellent training and development opportunities are also available alongside a number of additional employee benefits.
You will be experienced in property or student accommodation lettings and have an established track record of leading an excellent residential/accommodation service whilst also delivering a successful accommodation strategy that maximises revenue generation. You must have the ability to motivate and lead a diverse, high performing team, on behalf of a complex organisation and the post holder must also posses exemplary communication and motivation skills with a desire to deliver a first class student experience.
Our award winning Estates & Campus Services department provides leading services to support the University strategy through the provision, management, maintenance and development of a first class estate, enhancing the student experience and creating an environment that builds and develops our internal and external communities.
The department includes divisions relating to Projects & Capital Development, Maintenance Services, Facilities Services, Security & Community Safety, Catering, Commercial & Events, Safety & Business Continuity, Residential Services and Environment & Sustainability.
