The UCL Global Business School for Health (GBSH) at UCL East campus is an innovative business school preparing future healthcare leaders to disrupt and reimagine global health systems. GBSH is dedicated to training and developing the next generation of leaders in the global health economy by building on UCL’s proud tradition of cross-disciplinary academic excellence in education and research. UCL boast comprehensive multidisciplinary and cross faculty excellence that is mirrored in GBSH. The scope of this role spans across the two programmes, MSc Global Healthcare Management and the MBA Health programme as well as executive education. Candidates should be able to demonstrate an ability or potential for high quality research and teaching.
We are looking for a Lecturer in Strategic Management and Leadership to work in a team to design and deliver postgraduate modules on MSc Global Healthcare Management programme as well as contribute to MBA Health and the executive education offerings. You will also be contributing to our evolving research themes. You will make a world-leading academic contribution to UCL’s interdisciplinary healthcare management education, research and engagement.
You will be required to hold a PhD in strategy, change management or leadership related field or equivalent experience. We are looking for experience of teaching in higher education and knowledge of key debates in leadership and management related to health and healthcare. You will have demonstrable experience of enterprise and engagement activities. You will be a natural communicator and a passionate team player with the willingness to contribute to the education, research and student experience profile of GBSH.
