Hertfordshire Law School are seeking to appoint a School Administrator to form part of our small team of School-based professional staff.
Main duties and responsibilities
You will provide a range of administrative support to the School Business Manager and School Senior Management Team. In particular, you will oversee, manage and co-ordinate an efficient, effective and professional onboarding and induction for all school staff with particular responsibility for ongoing School Visiting Lecturer and Casual Staff administrative support service.
Skills and experience required
You will have proven administrative experience, good organisational skills and the ability to use initiative and to work accurately in delivering to deadlines on a wide range of different projects. Experience of working within Higher Education administration would be advantageous.
You will need to bring a willingness to be flexible in time and in workload to support effective team working and to facilitate seamless customer service to everyone that you work with. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and you will have excellent communications skills in working effectively with key individuals. The role also requires good IT skills, and a high level of accuracy with data input.
You will be educated with A-levels (or equivalent level qualification), or higher or have proven professional work experience. A degree (or equivalent level qualification) would be desirable.
