About the role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our Oxford University Global Surgery Group (OUGSG). You will be based at the John Radcliffe Hospital, but there may be the opportunity for occasional remote working.
 
Acting as a liaison between the OUGSG faculty and course directors and the department of Continuing Education, you will be providing course coordination and administration in matters such as logistics, assessments, examinations, virtual learning and correspondence. You will also be involved in advertisement of the courses, maintaining the mailing list and updating website content.
 
About you 
You will have previous experience of managing administrative processes and reception or customer facing work, with the ability to organise your own workload. Previous experience of working as part of a team in an officer environment and proficient computer skills are also essential. Training will be provided, but previous experience of working in financial administration and or a Higher Education institution would be beneficial.
 
This part-time post is available from 1 February 2022 and is fixed-term until 31 January 2023 in the first instance.
