We are seeking a reliable person with a demonstrable commitment to excellent customer service to join our Academic Services team at one of the UK’s largest academic law libraries.

In this role you will staff the enquiry desk, providing the first point of contact for a range of readers including students, faculty and visitors.  Your duties will include: welcoming and assisting readers; answering enquiries in person, by phone and email; helping to open and close the library; re-shelving books and journals across the four floors of the library; loose-leaf filing.  You will engage with other libraries to facilitate interlibrary loan requests, and contribute to library scanning services.
