Teaching Fellow in International Business

Peoples Futures Limited (a subsidiary of Coventry University) is currently recruiting to a new Teaching Fellow position in International Business. Working in the School of Strategy and Leadership, within the Faculty of Business and Law, these roles will focus on teaching delivery to support the student experience through inspirational teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

The post-holder will have demonstrable knowledge of contemporary pedagogy in relation to the teaching of a wide range of International Business topics.

The successful candidate will be expected to work within the existing teaching team to contribute to decision making at a programme and school level. The role will involve the organisation and administration of modules and procedures to ensure the successful running of courses, and the post-holder will provide student support to individual students engaged in our programmes.

Your skills and attributes for success:

• Master’s degree in an appropriate subject OR (if from a professional practice background) a good Honours Degree and appropriate professional qualification and/or membership.
• A teaching qualification or acceptance of the requirement to acquire one if not already held.
• Evidence of effective communication skills.
• Experience of teaching International Business and related subjects
• A contextualised knowledge of pedagogy and innovative teaching methods.
• Ability to set out, communicate and critically review complex issues pertaining to contemporary challenges in the theory and practice of International Business management.
