Senior Project Manager (International Step Change)

Location: This position will be based at the Singleton Campus, Swansea

You will be based in the directorate of Marketing, Recruitment and International (MRI). The Directorate is the home of admissions, recruitment, marketing, fundraising and development, and international teams.

In this role you will lead and manage the International Step Change portfolio. This portfolio, alongside other existing activity, aims to help drive an increase in international students enrolled on Swansea University programmes. The post-holder will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the projects and the day-to-day management of the project teams, ensuring that objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints.

You should have experience of:

• project or change management either as a Project Manager or a work stream lead.
• successfully delivering complex projects or business change at a strategic level within an organisation.
• full lifecycle project and change management, from the creation of business cases to embedding as business as usual and the delivery of benefits.
• working in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• creating a detailed project or change plan and then managing and monitoring the plan to ensure successful completion of activities to achieve the required quality, timescales, and budget targets.
• writing high quality reports and analytical information for presentations and other documents.
