Job purpose
This is an important time for OIEG as we develop and grow the University Partnerships division. As part of our development, we are creating a new, dynamic and central team in our division to support our teaching teams in the UK colleges and London sites.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Data Administrator to join our Academic Affairs team and to provide support for the OIEG group Office for Students (OfS) registration process.
This is an important time for OIEG as we develop and grow the University Partnerships division. As a result, we are looking for a candidate who can provide support across both the Academic Affairs team and the embedded/pathway colleges on a range of data collation and reporting tasks.
The Data Administrator will provide support initially to the Quality Assurance Manager (External Reviews) on document/data collection and maintenance from across all of our colleges. The person appointed will need to be able to handle a wide range of tasks and be very adaptable in their approach. The role will involve travel to the different colleges as and when required and so flexibility is essential.

Interviews
Interviews will take place on Thursday 2nd February 2023.
The interview process will take place remotely via Microsoft Teams and will consist of a panel interview lasting approximately 30 - 40 minutes.
You will also be asked to complete a brief in-tray exercise prior to the interview date which will be emailed to you separately.
