Working as a part of the Student Immigration Service you will join a friendly team of specialist administrators who play a key role in maintaining the University's licence to sponsor international student to study in the UK.
You will be an experienced and efficient administrator with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of using and developing a range of administrative systems and reporting tools to perform tasks in a timely and professional manner. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to respond effectively to queries from a range of stakeholders.
Ideally you will have experience of working in a Higher Education environment with a good understanding of student immigration requirements.
This is a full time, permanent position working 36.5 hours per week.
Members of the Operations Team work mainly on campus, with the opportunity to work from home at least one day a week for the majority of the year

The Student Immigration Service sits within the Directorate of Education and Student Services and is currently a team of 12.
Due to a requirement set by UKVI for distributing BRPs, a core responsibility of this role, we are therefore only able to consider applications from British / Irish nationals, nationals of an EEA state or Switzerland, who have either pre-settled or Settled status under the EU Settlement scheme, or any Third Country nationals who have current Indefinite Leave to Enter or Remain.
