The successful candidates will have an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the Charter Mark requirements and experience in data analysis, and action planning to translate the analysis this into equality initiatives and practice. They will also have significant experience arguing a case and preparing formal reports that present ED& solutions to a diverse and independently minded community. An ability to understand sensitivities related to the ED&I agenda and devise ways to increase engagement is also a key requirement.

Appointment to the role is from February/March 2023.
