Contract Type: Fixed Term contract up to March 2026
We are offering two Postdoctoral Research Fellowships (PDRF): one with a focus on financial economics and a second specializing in macroeconomics. These are fully funded, full time positions for three years with a start date of April 1, 2023. The postholders will work with Danny McGowan, Hisham Farag, Christoph Görtz and Huyen Nguyen on various projects. This includes amongst others financial intermediation, macroeconomics, housing markets, inequality and entrepreneurship. We are open to applications from researchers working in any area of Finance, Economics and related fields. The postholders should have a research degree (PhD) or equivalent research experience.
The responsibilities may include some but not all of the responsibilities outlined below.
About you
The successful applicant will be able to present information on research progress and outcomes, communicate complex information, orally, in writing and electronically and prepare proposals and applications to external bodies.
Applicants will possess a relevant PhD or an equivalent qualification/experience in a related field of study and be able to demonstrate sufficient knowledge in the discipline and of research methods and techniques to work within established research programmes.
