Our HR Resourcing Team play a critical role in supporting this aspiration by providing expert advice and guidance to staff across the University across all areas of resourcing activity. Our service has been growing to include an expert function that will deliver dedicated support for the recruitment of senior staff across our Professional Services functions, such as Estates, Finance, HR and IT. We are now looking for a Recruitment Adviser who will shape and develop this service, modernising our approach to senior talent attraction.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Resourcing, and supported by a Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will become the main point of contact for senior professional services recruitment, providing expert advice on all areas of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing strategies, candidate selection and appointment methods. Utilising your previous recruitment experience, you will have a real opportunity to shape our approach to senior-level talent attraction, identifying and implementing new approaches that reflect external best practice, including the use of direct sourcing and the creation of candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
