The role
We are recruiting for a motivated and committed professional to join our SITS (Tribal Student Management System) consultancy and implementation team in UK. SITS helps large higher education institutions manage their student data more effectively in an all-in-one, accessible and manageable system. As a consultant, you will help deliver these solutions to Tribal’s existing customer base, while also playing a part in system implementations and engagements with new and prospective customers.
This Senior Professional Services Consultant role involves working on all aspects of Tribal’s implementation lifecycle and post-implementation consultancy, working alongside a team of talented professional and technical services colleagues. Additionally, you will act as a focal point for any escalations, technical advice to customers, and a proactive team member offering advice and encouragement to the wider team.
