UCC wishes to appoint a Senior Lecturer in Sustainable Dairy Processing in the School of Food and Nutritional Sciences. The post-holder will be an established research scientist with an international reputation, an excellent publication record and significant potential for collaboration within the UCC research community. The post-holder will place particular emphasis on sustainable dairy processing in a system-oriented approach and will develop an interdisciplinary programme within the recently established Dairy Science Centre of Excellence located within the School of Food and Nutritional Sciences. The post-holder will link and add value to the dairy chain from primary production, through to ingredients, formulation, processing, quality, nutrition and health aspects.

Appointment may be made on the Senior Lecturer Salary Scale: €75,426 – €106,871 (Scale B) / €72,840 - €101,527 (Scale A)
