We need an organised multi-tasker to join our Academic Performance team!
University College of Estate Management (UCEM) is a long-standing and leading provider of supported online education. We exist to provide accessible, relevant and cost-effective education which enhances careers, increases professionalism and contributes to a sustainable built environment. Operating from the UK and Hong Kong we have a global reach, and at any one time over 3,500 students are studying online with us. UCEM passed its first ever inspection by Ofsted with flying colours after earning an overall rating of ‘Good’ in November 2021.
The Academic Performance team aims to achieve excellence in delivery management and support continual improvement of UCEM’s capability to assist every student to be successful. You will be responsible for proactively planning the academic calendar, working with colleagues across the institution to ensure all academic activities are included in the annual planning cycle. With a focus on a project to consider and coordinate the academic calendar and improve workflows, you will lead the planning of academic activities throughout the year. You will act as the key liaison between the Academic Performance team and the wider Education Department.

To deliver these responsibilities we need your multi-tasking, planning and coordination skills. You must be able to deliver operational plans and communicate with stakeholders and have experience developing communication plans and strategies.
