The School of Science and Technology has an exciting opportunity to join the administration team as a Subject Administrator. The School covers academic disciplines of Computer Science, Engineering, Physics & Maths, Sports Science, Biosciences, and Chemistry & Forensics.
We are seeking applicants who are proactive, self-motivated and well-organised. You will have experience of taking minutes and will be an excellent team player with the proven ability to work well under pressure. You will be able to operate using your own initiative and professional judgement and will possess the skill to multitask and complete tasks promptly and accurately.
You will have excellent attention to detail, a solution-focused approach to all tasks and extensive experience of using Microsoft Office applications, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel.
You will be involved in working with students and staff both from within the School and across the University. There will also be a requirement to interface with colleagues of varying levels of seniority within the University. Strong customer focus, influencing and negotiating skills are therefore essential.
The role is based at our Clifton campus with flexible office and remote home working.
