£45,000 - £50,000 per annum pro rata (negotiable) based on a 37.5-hour week. We are seeking to fill the role on a 22.5 hour working week. The role could be filled working 3 x 7.5 hour days or shorter days Monday-Friday.
Lady Margaret Hall (LMH) is a constituent college of the University of Oxford and is located in peaceful, spacious gardens beside the University Parks.
LMH seeks to appoint a job-share partner to the current Head of Wellbeing who has been in post since September 2022. The College is seeking a person with a relevant professional qualification and/or significant experience related to support or wellbeing (this might be in social work, mental health, counselling or wellbeing) to coordinate all the support activities for students within College. This person should take a pro-active approach to wellbeing and have a commitment to supporting and developing LMH as a community in which all our students can flourish.
