Duties of the role
The Undergraduate Administrator forms part of a team of administrative staff led by the Department Manager and, alongside a team of undergraduate administrators, is responsible for providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the running of a selection of the Department’s undergraduate modules and courses.

Qualifications and skills required
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative and organisational skills and have experience of dealing flexibly with a wide range of responsibilities and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be a clear thinker with an understanding of student life and student-facing services to support the delivery of an outstanding student experience. You will have a good working knowledge of IT systems and their potential in supporting relevant processes.
With an ability to work effectively with students, academic and administrative colleagues, you will possess excellent communication skills, including a high standard of written English. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to establish productive working relationships with a wide range of people, deliver effective and authoritative advice and work as part of a team.
