The University wants to do change better and has created a new Directorate, Strategic Change & Delivery to make that happen. Within our new Directorate is the Change Delivery Team who will build capacity across our institution to deliver significant strategic change associated with the University’s new Strategy to 2027.
We are building our Change Delivery Team from the ground up. Our role is to lead and help to deliver change, to empower our leadership across our community to build capacity to do change well, and to support our stakeholders to adopt change positively.
We are looking for a highly experienced and self-motivated Head of Portfolio Management to help embed our change management culture to underpin the delivery of substantial and a diverse range of strategic change initiatives. Supporting and influencing senior organisational leadership with their portfolios, you will ensure that projects are professionally planned to implement and embed strategic change effectively to deliver maximum benefits.
You will manage a pipeline of strategic change demand, ensuring that all projects are captured, sized and scaled, assigned the right resources, initiated and aligned to appropriate governance and management controls, and that change management principles and tools are used to make change successful.
