About the team

The SPO is a new function, formed to support delivery of the new University strategy. The SPO’s vision is to drive change, delivering benefits for the organisation through a structured project and change management approach. The team provides hands-on project and change management to sustain changes and realise intended benefits. In addition, SPO acts as a project and change management centre of excellence, sharing best practice, frameworks, tools and tips with departments across the University, driving a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and learning.
