This role will be based at our UCFB Manchester Campus in our state-of-the-art campus devoted to football business and sport related industries. Based in one of the world’s greatest sporting cities of Manchester and in iconic stadium locations and vibrant city centre venues the campus is in the heart of one of Europe’s most inspiring sporting destinations.

Working as a HR and Payroll Administrator you will help in delivering a comprehensive and professional Human Resources and Payroll service ensuring the delivery of key elements of administration for both Payroll and HR.

KEY TASKS:

  • To undertake effective administration of HR and Payroll tasks for the full employee life cycle.
  • To undertake Payroll preparation, ensuring all relevant data is up to date and provided to the payroll bureau.
  • Administer all employee benefits, such as pension, death in service, Cycle to work etc.
  • Manage the Payroll and benefits inbox.
  • To assist with pre-employment checks and the onboarding process.
  • Creating employee records and maintaining HR and Payroll databases (e.g. new hires, leavers, holidays, and absences).
  • To assist with the administration of contracts and the monitoring, review and completion of probationary periods.
  • Running monthly HR and Payroll KPI reports for the Head of HR and Director of Finance.

Additional Information

All non EU/EAA candidates must have valid immigration status and/or a UK visa valid for the duration of the contract in order to be considered for this role.
