Reporting to the Payroll, Pensions & Financial Transactions Manager, we are looking to appoint an exceptional person to this role within our Finance department. The post holder will be part of the payroll team and will assist in ensuring the effective, efficient and timely payment of salary payments.
You will have excellent payroll administration skills and demonstrate self- leadership skills, motivated to achieve deadlines and have good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
Experience of using a HR/Payroll database is essential as well as capability to evaluate payroll data using analytical skills and logical reasoning. You will have good up to date working knowledge of tax and national insurance and have experience of payroll and related pension processes.
You will be a good communicator who is passionate about delivering a high quality and effective customer service and be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
