We are looking to recruit a Timetabling Officer who enjoys an array of challenges and prides themselves on their organisational and analytical skills. Working within the Timetabling Unit you will play an integral part in scheduling the student timetables, responding to ad hoc room booking requests, and ensuring the optimisation of space utilisation.
The post offers an exciting opportunity to work within a small team supporting a wide range of staff across the university and, of course, the student experience. Successful candidates should have a keen appreciation of providing a high level of customer service. They should also have strong IT skills, a good standard of written and oral communication skills, and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
