The School of Science and Technology covers academic disciplines of Computer Science, Engineering, Physics & Maths, Sports Science, Biosciences, and Chemistry & Forensics. The School has an exciting opportunity to join the administration team as a School Management Administrator.
You will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to designated senior members of academic staff and School-level projects and initiatives. Duties will include forward planning, diary management, booking travel and accommodation, servicing formal meetings and production and maintenance of key documentation.
You will display excellent attention to detail, have a solution-focused approach to all tasks and display an ability to work on their own initiative.
You will have demonstrable experience of providing administrative support to senior members of staff, taking formal meeting minutes, tracking actions, and extensive experience of using Microsoft Office applications, in particular Outlook, SharePoint, Word and Excel.
The role is based at our Clifton campus with flexible office and remote home working.
