Fixed Term Contract for 15 months, 1.0 FTE.
We are seeking to recruit a research fellow to work on an ESRC funded project, concerned with understanding productivity across supply chains. This element is part of a larger project concerned with the drivers of productivity, working with Warwick Business School and its partners as part of The Productivity Institute.
You will work primarily with Associate Professor Mehmet Chakkol and Professor Nigel Driffield on analysis of firm level data collected through databases such as Bloomberg as well as FactSet data, to analyse supply chains for productivity across different industries. This will also involve collaborating on another element of the project concerned with productivity analysis. You should have a strong background and a PhD in the following areas:
* Applied Economic Analysis
* Productivity Analysis
* Supply chain management
* Outsourcing, insourcing and reshoring
* With an Expertise in statistical analysis using packages such as STATA or R to examine large datasets
