Liverpool John Moores University is growing its portfolio of Apprenticeship programmes, and our Apprenticeship Team is expanding to provide support for this growth and embedding good practices across its current portfolio. This is an exciting time to join this team and you will work with a variety of different stakeholders to help strengthen our provision in Apprenticeship education.
The Apprentice Quality Assurance and Administration Officer will work within the Apprenticeship team to ensure a high-quality experience for apprentices and employers and drive continuous improvement to support the wider University to meet quality assurance (LJMU, OfS and Ofsted) and regulation/compliance (ESFA) etc. requirements.
The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of the ESFA/Ofsted/PSRB and QAA requirements for Apprenticeships, experience of the Validation/Revalidation of Degree Apprenticeship programmes and HEI Quality Assurance and Enhancement Processes
They should also be able to demonstrate a proven ability to work under pressure and reprioritise workloads (of both self and staff) according to changing business needs and circumstances.
