Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor: Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £55,753 to £61,942 per annum

Location: Cranfield, Bedfordshire 

About the Role

We expect applicants to complement and add value to our core portfolio of education / teaching (e.g., MSc and executive programmes) and research activities (e.g., research / consulting projects, publishing high quality papers and doctoral supervision).

About You

You will have a PhD (Senior Lecturer / Associate Professor posts) in a relevant subject (e.g., Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Operations Management) or be close to PhD completion (Lecturer post). You will be expected to have at least a developing portfolio of high-quality papers which have been published or have been submitted to journals for publication (Lecturer post) or an established record of high-quality papers already published in journals (Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor posts). You will be motivated to engage actively in thought leadership activities involving and with businesses, clients, and other key stakeholders and to be involved with the successful delivery of executive programmes.

We wish to grow our team by appointing three new, permanent members at Lecturer or Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor level and we welcome applications from individuals with particular expertise in procurement or freight transport, with either an operational, modelling, or digital perspective.
