Role summary

We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Digital Delivery Manager to join our Institutional Marketing & Communications team. Focusing primarily on the Business School website, this role provides a fantastic opportunity to help drive and develop our online presence and digital capabilities. Working across the full project lifecycle, the postholder will work in a structured and planned way to maximise site-wide benefit.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning, planning and managing web and digital development projects from initiation to implementation and post-project review.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget, to the agreed methodology, quality standards and specification, and that the business benefits are realised.
  • Building web pages using the content management system, coordinating content, prioritising content enhancements and advising on digital content best practice.
  • Creating and maintaining excellent working relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation, to support project delivery.
  • Leading requirements gathering, analysis, validation and verification.

You’ll be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organisational, planning and risk management skills, and the ability to work to conflicting deadlines. With a friendly ‘can do’ attitude, you should be a team-player who is methodical and adaptable.

Joining a busy and friendly team, you will be based at our prestigious South Kensington campus in central London.

Appointments are usually made at the bottom point of the salary scales.
