Associate Director - Student Development
We're one of the UK's most employment-focused universities and we're looking for a new Associate Director to lead our Student Employability service.
Nottingham Trent University is an exemplar within the Higher Education (HE) Sector. Working closely with the Director of Employability Services and senior colleagues, you'll enhance our reputation as one of the most successful universities for preparing graduates for the world of work and lifelong learning.
You'll do this by continuing to improve our quality of service with high student engagement and delivering an exemplary employability service to our students and graduates. Leading a large team of 70+ colleagues across 5 university sites, you'll champion our employability offer, ensuring the service meets the needs of and exceeds expectations of all stakeholders within NTU and externally.
About The Role
As part of the role you'll also oversee all team operations and be accountable for a number of initiatives focused on supporting the social mobility and success of our students.
You'll bring your experience of leading a high performing team within HE Careers and Employability and demonstrate creativity, innovation and a drive to succeed.
