An exciting opportunity has arisen for a KTP Officer to join the team at Reading. The KTP Officer will work closely with the KTP Manager and Business Relationship Managers in the preparation, management and successful delivery of Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) across the University. 

Responsibilities will include engaging with other professional services colleagues to ensure the successful set-up, management and delivery of KTP projects and project support for initiatives to promote and enhance the KTP portfolio.

You will have:

  • Ability to develop and manage relationships, demonstrating strong skills of stakeholder management;
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with awareness of budgeting and financial management;
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
