Business Insight Development Manager

Job Outline:

  • To lead the Company’s data and insight team, producing a data and insight strategy that drives strategic and operational activities to underpin effective management decision making, policy development, and effective performance monitoring, as well as providing a robust basis for strategic planning.
  • To transform and develop current business models, services and approaches to drive efficiencies and data quality, as well as ensuring that all systems and processes deliver excellent customer experiences and are in accordance with the Company’s strategic objectives.

Applicants must be qualified to graduate or equivalent standard and must have progressed to managerial level in a role that has involved planning, managing, and delivering successful companywide projects, as well as some experience of managing people. In addition, applicants must have proven technical experience of developing and being accountable for data and insight related projects using Power BI and Data Warehouse technology as well as demonstrable business process and project management skills and a Project Management qualification.

  • Trawsnewid a datblygu modelau busnes, gwasanaethau a dulliau gweithredu cyfredol i yrru effeithlonrwydd ac ansawdd data, yn ogystal â sicrhau bod yr holl systemau a phrosesau yn darparu profiadau cwsmeriaid rhagorol ac yn unol ag amcanion strategol y Cwmni.

Rhaid i ymgeiswyr fod â gradd neu gymhwyster cyfwerth a rhaid iddynt fod wedi camu ymlaen i lefel reoli mewn rôl sydd wedi ymwneud a chynllunio, rheoli a chyflawni prosiectau llwyddiannus ledled cwmni, yn ogystal â rhywfaint o brofiad o reoli pobl.
