We are seeking a Systems Developer to provide a broad range of application development to maintain and improve current business solutions, and to deliver new business transformation projects, across the range of University systems, including the Tribal SITS system.
You will lead and manage technical projects and work in collaboration with other IT colleagues to identify user requirements and design new business transformation projects. You will design and build database applications and integration components that meet business needs and will review and test new functionality in University systems (as released through projects, upgrades and software updates).
You should have a first degree or equivalent experience ideally in an IT-related area, along with a background of working as a developer on complex enterprise wide systems. You’ll also have experience of working in a formal project environment and in producing training materials, user guides, technical documentation, and process documentation. In addition, you will be an excellent communicator, with great teamwork skills and a strong customer focus.
