A qualified chef is sought to support the Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef and Second Chef in the provision of an excellent quality of food for College members,      students, staff, and conference guests.   Working in a supervisory role assisting in the management of daily operations within the kitchen, responsibilities include overseeing meal production to the highest of standards from preparation to final service, training inexperienced members of staff and leading on allergen awareness.

Experience in a commercial or College kitchen would be an advantage.  Salary will be in the range of £27,131 to £32,348 per annum, depending on experience.  Benefits include free meals when on duty, a contributory staff pension scheme and 30 days annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays.
