As one of the academic Colleges within the University, the College of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences (CHMLS) aims to deliver excellent research and educational programmes at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels in fields such as Biosciences, Sports, Health and Exercise Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. Our Taught Programmes Office for the Department of Life Sciences is seeking to appoint an experienced individual to deliver the processes and administration that support our Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. Whilst engaging with and supporting our students on an individual basis will be part of your responsibility, you will also be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely student data and record management across the different aspects of the academic calendar.
You will need to demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and digital literacy skills acquired through experience in higher education settings or other administrative environments. You will be confident in prioritising your own workload under minimum supervision, be dedicated to delivering an excellent student experience and be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
